New Toy and Dad

Sunday, December 2, 2012
Dan got a new toy. A new bike trailer - a Go Bug. Every Saturday morning, Dan loads up the 2 older boys, Nick and B and hooks up Rango, puts the razor scooters in the back and rides over to River Ridge - a little over a half mile away- and let's the boys get some exercise and play.

As i watch them ride away, i think how lucky the boys Re to have such a great dad. I love watching these moments with Dan and the boys - how incredible their relationship is. He is such a good dad and his level of commitment is sweet, patient, and thoughtful. These will be the memories the boys will have growing up and I hope they remember them just as fondly as I do.

We love you Dad!

And we are swimming! Well the boys are. In the jacuzzi, but still. The whole family, including the doggies came over to grandma and grandpa's today.

Christmas music, decorations, and swimming!

Miss Tiffy, they are MINE :)

We love Miss Tiffy.
Here is one reason...
Every picture in her instagram feed is of my boys.
I often have to remind her, they are MINE! Haha

Nicky makes a Bed

Yesterday the guest room was a disaster. The boys took all the sheets and pillows off the bed to make a fort. I had no energy to clean up.

This morning Nicky informed me he was going to the bathroom. After a little bit I noticed he had been gone for quite a while.

He came and got me and walked me to the guest room.

He said, "Look mama, I made the bed."

What an awesome moment. So proud of my little man. Xoxox

I wish I had a before picture for comparison :)

{Insat.gram Cuteness} On the Counter

Typical Sunday Morning....

I *heart* SF Giants

i am a little late posting this. BUT the GIANTS won ANOTHER world Series - 2 in 3 years!! Its not often we get to watch games here in Austin, so when they make it to the playoffs and then to the SHOW, it gets pretty exciting here in the house. Its baseball 24/7. And they boys are in their full regalia.

The day we found out the Giants won the playoffs and were headed to the series, my mom calls me and says, "I got tickets to Game 2!. Too bad you can't come."

Um. You never asked. LOL. But I couldn't anyways. One day I will see them again in their glory! Last time I was at Candlestick on Oct 17th - when I was in 8th grade and the earthquake happened.

Until them, Giants forever!!

GOOOOOOOOOOO Giants!

Nicky goes to Newport

Back in October, Daddy and Nicky made a trip to Newport to visit Uncle Frank, Auntie Amy, Cousin Jack and Grandma Larissa and Auntie Alex came too. They went to the beach and the park and spent the day playing and having a great time.
Nicky LOVED the beach.
and he LOVED the sand.
And his cousin jack, LOVED his older cousin Nicky.
I was sad to miss it, but the stories and pictures I saw from the weekend were awesome.
I am so glad Nicky and Jack are friends and got to spend time together.
what a great weekend for everyone!
We have decided to spend a week in Newport every summer with the whole family to make sure the kids can spend time with their cousin and at the beach.
While they were in Newport they took a trip to Legoland and something else magical happened...
Stay tuned for the New Adventures of Nicky & Kylee Jo - In Legoland!
